About the suit: Make your club running, join the Union of Competetive Hitchhiking Clubs and we can work something out with Alexej. I think he will be pleased with green, as it is not similar to the russian suits (and ours). 😉

We rarely hitchhike at night as I find it quite stressful and you are probably right that the lack of confidence shows clearly and makes it even more difficult! Great technique with using short light flashes when a car appears in the horizon,I suppose it should work well!
